In order for us to post pictures and information about the players to the Web Site we need to have thsi form completed and returned to coach.

Player Contact Info and Volunteer Assignment Form
This is the information we need from every player with their contact information. We are now using SMS text messaging for player and parent updates so if you have not done so plese make sure that your cell number and carrier information are entersed in your profile on the web site! This is also the form that Parents use to choose how you will participate as a volunteer for this season.

PARENTS - If you didn't get a chance to order spiritwear at the beginning of the season please don't despair, you can still look like the poster child for Stallions Football! Spiritwear will be on sale during the games. Evelyn Bragg has done an excellent job of negotiating great deals for the Stallions so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail her at 1evelyn@cox.net and if you want to help out selling we would love to have a few more volunteers!
