We have a tough schedule for the 2008 season and the players need to be physically prepared for the upcoming season. Remember the Bigger, Faster, Stronger and Smarter athlete is the one that is successful. Nutrition is just as important. 5 good meals a day, smaller potions, with 25 to 30 grams of protein intake at each meal. NO fast food, NO sodas, NO junk food. If your hungry, eat a piece of fruit, have some turkey slices. Remember, W.I.N. (what's important now!) everyday!
